Ownership
Everything in the project and on this website is mine except as stated below. All rights reserved and whatnot.
That’ll change soon when I start supporting third-party servers and start open sourcing as much as possible, but for right now it’s closed for the time being.
What you can do without asking
- Record, stream, post about the game
- Mod the game, take it apart, datamine, publish what you find
- Slander the game on the internet
- Make money from any of the above if you can somehow do that
What you can’t do without asking
- Rehost and sell the game or mods for profit (because you just can’t, okay?)
- Distribute hacked clients, exploits, or other “nasty” derivative works
- Impersonate the game with intent to mislead
- Anything bad within common sense (legally binding)
Revocable at any point against a specific person for any reason
Playing
The rules generally cover what can get you banned from this project.
Access to this project is a privilege that can be revoked at any time for any arbitrary reason with no guarantee of appeal or human review. You can be kicked, muted, or permanently IP banned at any time.
Lack of enforcement of a rule does not waive it. Rules can change without notice at any time.

AI policy
All of the art, audio or other assets are human-made. That will never change.
AI tooling is used for code, mostly the security and driver-level work that sits above my level as a solo amateur. All of it is heavily reviewed, and very little of the game code itself is AI-assisted.
No warranty
As-is, no warranty of any kind. It may change, break, lose your data or go offline without notice. You play at your own risk; to the extent the law allows, I’m not liable for what comes of it.
